What is it?

EDUCATORS TIME WHEN PLANNING THEIR AND ASSIGNMENTS THAT STUDENTS CREATE QUIZZES AND ARTICLES TO USE IN
LESSONS AND GRADING THEIR PAPERS SUBMIT THE CLASSROOM
What does it do?
• Brisk Teaching is a tool that takes
online articles and generates
questions, quizzes, lesson plans, and
even presentations

• The tool can also be used on videos to

create articles and quizzes based on
the video

• This tool can change the reading level

of the article to make it more or
less challenging, and can change the
language for the multi-language
learners in any classroom

• This can also be used to grade

student's papers based on a rubric
given and give feedback based off of
what you want to focus on while
grading
How to use it for
quizzes?
• Find the article you want to use for the
lesson and click the logo on the bottom
right
• It will give you the option of what you
want to do with the article, but most of the
option are found under the "Create"
• When asked to create anything, Brisk will
ask for specifics. For a quiz, it will ask the
grade level, the number of questions, and
the type of questions
How to use it for
quizzes?
• Then the program will take you to a Google Doc
where it will generate the questions and provide
the answers to the quiz
• Once the quiz generates, it gives the option to
make it easier or harder, longer or shorter, or
adding written response questions
 How to use it for
presentation?
• The program will also create presentations on
google slides with the options on the grade level
and the number of slides
How to use it for
assignments
• Either pull up the assignment on Canvas or
Google Docs and click the "Give
Feedback" button, which will pull up the
Feedback styles tab
• Then specify what the grading focus will
be and click "Brisk It"
• The program will highlight and type out
the feedback on the assignment. The only
thing left to do it read over their feedback
and send the feedback to the student
What is the cost?
• Brisk Teaching is free to download for teachers, but
schools are able to unlock premium features by purchasing
a premium program
