ICICI Bank is an Indian multinational bank and financial services company, officially known as Industrial Credit
and Investment Corporation of India Bank, is one of the largest private sector banks in India.

1. Formation and History:


 ICICI Bank was established in 1994 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICICI Limited, an Indian financial
institution.
