Terms & Conditions
General Condition
• Working Profile : 1 Shift ,Monday-Friday
• Overtime available upon prior request and will follow government regulation rules and shall be charged at:
• Weekdays : 90.000 per manhour
• Weekend : 120.000 per manhour
• Proposed rates subject to VAT 11%, including Withholding tax and using IDR currency
• Pricing is valid for a period of 30 days from proposal submission date or according to RFQ timeline
• Project confirmation based on space availability & conditions confirmation upon awarding
• The costing based on the latest volume information and some assumptions provide by email, RFQ document or Q&A list from client. In case of volume & requirement
changes 10% lower than RFQ after submission, DSV Solutions in position to review the rate and re-quote
• Service items not included in rates sheets assumed to be not in scope. Separate quotation will be provide when required.
• This proposal does not include any packing consumable material cost unless specified; subject to additional quotation upon request
• EDI development rate excluded from quotation, subject to scope clarification; otherwise specified in quotation
• Monthly minimum charges to be applied as quoted. Other parameters to be accepted as stated in assumption points above
• Exclude additional MP or Annual Stock take cost
• Consumable cost (Box, Plastic Wrap, Tape, Strapping, etc) will be charge at 15% Management fee
• Pallet rent shall be charged at IDR 9.000/Pallet/month
• Handling, VAS, and other activity related to manpower cost to be adjusted every January with the formula as below, otherwise specified in RFQ document. New Handling
/ VAS / Other Rate = Current Rate + (Current Rate x %age of UMR Increment x 65% Contribution)

Contract Term
• Contract period based on 3 Year Period
• Credit terms of 30 calendar days from date of invoice
Insurance and Risk Management
• Inventory insurance to be borne by Client
• Cargo insurance to be borne by Client
• DSV not in position to accept unlimited liability. Cap value to be mutually agreed
• Annual shrinkage and damage allowance of 0.05% of value of total inventory
• DSV envisage a grace period 3 months, whereby DSV will not be liable for not meeting service level required in lieu of learning curve for new implementation
