feels that the product is cheaper when in reality it actually might not be so. For example instead of pricing the good at 1000 Croma would price the good at 990.
Croma bargains the price of the products it purchases from its

suppliers based on the quantity of products purchased.


Croma offers heavy discounts on its own in- house products.

It ensures the placing of its products such that the medium placed products are centrally placed with high end luxury products being situated at the corners.

-Their out of store promotion (newspapers, hoarding, advertisements etc) is handled by their corporate office. -For their in house promotion they have combination offers, banners promoting different products.
Tie ups with musical concerts and Radio channels. They have brochures for all the displayed products. They have danglers displaying sales hung at different places.

They also have a hot and happening stand outside the store

which gives the best price and the product according to the store

Store is divided in 8 sections based on product category. One billing station with two counters . One dealing with large

appliances and the other with small appliances.

Croma has a tie up with Bajaj Finance Ltd. offering easy finance options

to customers interested in purchasing products above a certain limit.

Suggestions for Improvements


For overall development of the store all the employees should be

equally informed about the basic information pertaining to the store. There should be well trained personnel at all levels.
The traffic should be well managed around the store which would

increase the attractiveness of the store.


Individual customer attention should be focussed upon. Croma limits its target market segment by catering to middle to high

end customers.
