These tell you what we are looking for when we assess work.
DeadIines
Assessment deadlines are released at the beginning
of term. The assessment timetable is available via
the intranet. Check essay release, submission and
return dates carefully.
Notice when you have deadlines close to each other.
Plan ahead! Think about library resources, research,
writing, checking, printing and submission time.
Deadlines are final extensions can usually only be
approved by the College Office. Check the College
Handbook for details.
Feedback

feedback on your assessed work. Please
read this with care. You are invited to
discuss this feedback with your academic
tutor during their Office Hours so that you
can understand which areas you might
develop for the next piece of work.

What is "Team SkiIIs"?
hat you are doing later this week.
W A set of tasks that you complete with a group between
ednesday and Friday.
WThis group will become your 'Study Group' in the Beginnings
module during your first term.
W An introduction to the campus and to the city
WYour first piece of work: a portfolio of material to be produced by
this Friday, then presented in your first Beginnings seminar.
REMEMBER: Come along, as timetabled, this ednesday, where
you will meet your group and be given your tasks for Team Skills.
Remember to bring your University D card (for the library).
