Environment

Effluent Treatment Plant, 30 cubic meter capacity, designed to meet World Bank guidelines .
Use of high efficiency production machinery reducing overall water usage from 200 liter/kilo to 100 liter/kilo of product . The use of power generation reduces gas consumption. The use of modern dyestuffs reduces the concentration of waste products in the effluent .

::: ENERGY SAVING SCHEMES :::

Own power generation by 2 continuous gas generator that produces over 1.5 MW electricity. At Interstoff, we have already implemented the below

Florescent lamps are gradually being replaced with energy savings CFL lamps. We expect to save more than 1 kw /line and achieve better illumination, lesser heat and better work environment. CNG (Compressed Natural Gas, Green Fuel) is used in most of our Vehicles, to save around 600 Ltr. Octane/Diesel per day

::: ENERGY SAVING SCHEMES :::

Heat Recovery Dyeing Steam (Condensate Return) to Save Energy Frequency Inverters are used, wherever possible, to save Electricity. Considering an investment of US$ 44,000 that is expected use reduce load by 300 kw. Collecting rain water from one of our building roof top and using that directly into the oxidation tank (WTP). We expect to use our pump half a day during coming rainy seasons.
