Products:This company was started by NERVE LOCATOR instrument. The equipments produced by this company are: Nerve Mapper Locator(NM-20) Nerve Stimulator (NS-100) Nerve Stimulator- Mapper- Locator (NSML-100) Oxygen Analyzer Cautery machines
During surgery, when any particular nerve is required to be blocked, to find out or to locate the nerve this Nerve locator is used. By using nerve locator one can locate the particular nerve very precisely and perfectly with minimal invasion.
All those monitors are not required Can be practiced at primary health centre Safest Anaesthesia All high risk patients do well
Paraesthesia Neurostimulation.
Advantages
No equipment and assistance required Easy to perform Paraesthesia elicited good effect of block Disadvantages No paraesthesia --- No anesthesia Exact knowledge of anatomy is must Lack of consistent success
Patient discomfort Time required Neural damage Patient co-operation Failure of block
If needle is half a centimeter away from a nerve it will not produce paraesthesia but close enough to produce a block.

Reliable tech. & high success rate. Easier to locate nerve Less chances of nerve damages. No discomfort or pain to the patient. Patient co-operation is not required Can be used on anesthetized patient. Valuable tool for training purpose
teach & practice Regional Anaesthesia with the highest precision. So that Surgeons & the society, as a whole, will accept us for performing this excellent modality of Anaesthesia
the effects of muscles relaxant during general anesthesia & ICU. One can guess the remaining unconscious period of patient & according can give the dose of drug.
microprocessor
controlled constant current generator with bright large red led display. output current range: 0 to 99 ma variable in steps of 5ma for patients impedence upto 5 kohm. monophasic, 200ms pulse width. battery 9 v pp3 type
Traditional modes
Demand mode Single Twitch (TW) Train-Of-Four (TOF) Tetanic nerve stimulation (TET) Repeat mode TW1sec, TW10sec, TOF10-12sec
New modes
Post-Tetanic Count (PTC) Double Burst Stimulation (DBS)
Repeat mode 1.0 Hz = TW1s = once every second 0.1 Hz = TW10s = once every 10 second (ideal)
TOF
Four supramaximal stimuli are given every 0.5 second, i.e. 2 Hz. Total 2 sec. Repeat TOF Each set of stimuli is repeated every 10th or 12th second.
Definition:
As the current is increased from a very low value, the muscle response increases to a point at which further increase in current produces no or little increase in response. Range : 15 to 60mA
50 Hz is commonly used. Tetanic stimulation for 5 seconds. 50 Hz, 100 Hz and 200 Hz
Tetani 50
of 50 Hz separated by 750 mS
ADVANTAGES
It reduces the patient dose. Time saving equipment.
