3. Use of Cleaning Chemicals
Types of Basic Cleaning Chemicals:
- Disinfectants: Used for killing germs on surfaces.
- Degreasers: Effective for removing grease and grime.
- All-purpose Cleaners: Used for general surface cleaning.

is a disinfectant agent.
It kills germs that cause malodor.

Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer
Usage:
It’s an easy spray and wipes or mops bucket sanitizer
application with no rinsing required. It can also be
used to deodorize garbage storage areas, garbage
bins, toilet bowls and any other hard surfaces in odor
causing areas.
Dilution: 0.25 - 0.67 oz per gallon of water.
Cautions :
Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and
eye damage.
Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
Oasis® Enforce
Usage:
Chlorine cleaner for removing protein and
other food soils from equipment and floors.
Apply by foam, spray or soak to clean. Easy
rinsing – leaves no film or residue.
Dilution: 90 ml in 12-liter of water.
Cautions :
It is harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns
and eye damage.
Wash skin thoroughly after handling.
Don’t mix with other chemicals.
CBD 55 – Disinfectant.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For cleaning and disinfecting floors,
walls, paintwork, tiles and most hard

For Toilets, washrooms, drain sinks, and
rubbish heaps, pour or spray as supplied.

Stainless Steel Polish.
Usage:
Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish loosens and removes
light soil from all metal surfaces. It leaves no residue
after the surface is wiped dry.
Dilution – shake it well and use it as supplied.
It can be sprayed in all kinds of metals and steel.
Caution:
Flammable,
Can burst if heated, Do not spray on open flame.
Do not use at a temperature exceeding 50 degrees.
No contact with eyes.
Pilax / Toilet Cleaner.
Usage:
To be used on the inner surfaces of bowls, pour it as
concentrate and wait for a while then push the flush.
Dilution – Use as supplied.
Caution:
Do not mix with bleach, it will create chlorine gas.
Wear a mask and gloves.
Use it in well ventilation.
No contact with eyes.
