WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working principle of a form finisher involves a combination of
steam, heat, vacuum, and shaping to give garments a polished and well-
finished appearance.
1. Garment Placement: The operator places the garment, such as a
coat or jacket, onto the contoured forming surface of the form
finisher. This surface is designed to mimic the shape of a human
torso and can be adjusted to fit different garment sizes.

2. Steam Application: Steam is injected onto the garment's surface.

The steam softens the fabric, making it more pliable and relaxed.
This is crucial for removing wrinkles and creases from the garment.
3. Heat Application: Heat sources, typically in the form of heated plates or
elements, are used to apply heat to the garment. This heat helps to set the
fabric in the desired shape. It aids in reshaping the garment to give it a crisp
and professional appearance.

4. Vacuum Holding: A vacuum system is activated, creating suction that

holds the garment firmly against the forming surface. This prevents the
garment from shifting or moving during the finishing process. The vacuum
ensures that the fabric conforms to the shape of the forming surface.

5. Shaping and Drying: While the garment is held in place by the vacuum,
the combination of steam and heat continues to reshape it. This process
removes wrinkles and ensures that the fabric retains the desired form.
Additionally, blowers or fans may be used to circulate hot air, aiding in the
drying process.
6. Cooling: After the garment has been shaped and dried, it may go
through a cooling phase. This helps set the fabric in its newly formed
shape and ensures that it retains its crisp appearance.

7. Quality Check: Once the process is complete, the operator inspects

the garment for any imperfections, wrinkles, or areas that may require
additional attention. Any necessary touch-ups can be made before the
garment is considered finished.

Easyform is designed for the operator’s
comfort. The blowing adjustment conveniently
located on the front can be shifted with
a foot. The pivoting console can be moved to
the most convenient position. A single front
pedal starts the cycle.
COMPACT

TENSIONING FORM FINISHER
• These machines recreate the shape of the upper body of human beings
