Matching of checks and stripes in the garment production has always been difficult and time consuming. Traditional methods tend to waste a lot of material, since the patterns are cut out with a blocking tolerance. The task of rearranging the blocked out patterns is tedious and expensive. The workers involved in this process have to be skilled.
The patented VEITH SYSTEM PIN TABLE consists of a slotted aluminum top and Needle-Bars underneath. Each Needle-Bar has pins positioned inside the slots of the table top. The Needle-Bars can be moved freely along the length of the table. I.e. they can be positioned exactly according to the matching conditions of the marker. The height of the pins can be adjusted with the turn of a hand-wheel. So the spreading and pinning is convenient, fast and avoids tension in the lay package. Each pin can be individually locked down, i.e. only the needed quantity of pins have to be used. Each pin has a rounded top, which avoids damages to the fabric, i.e. with our special pins we can pin the fabric inside the piece area and produce the quality, where it is needed, and not outside in the waste region The PIN TABLE is an abstract copy of the marker.
The final lay is fixed with the VEITH NEEDLE-PLATES from above.

CUTTING
The first stage in the manufacture of garments is the cutting of the materials into the necessary pattern shapes. These are then joined together by means of seams to create three-dimensional garments. Where large quantities of a garment style must be cut, a lay is created which consists of many plies of fabric spread one above the other.

Iron Soles
VEIT-iron soles reduce the surface temperature between the iron and the garment. Therefore, the danger of scorching is reduced to a minimum. The Teflon coating prevents sheen and helps the iron to glide smoothly. Evenly spaced holes ensure a constant flow of steam.

Steam Cushion Frame Sole The VEIT steam cushion frame sole convinces by its manifold fields of application. Especially for smaller refinishing operations, for example touch-up of button strips or removal of pressure marks the steam cushion frame sole is suitable. Mixed fibres and knits, velours or also accessories such as scarves can be finished perfectly. Knitwear Optimal finishing results for collar and cuffs. With precise and partial finish without pressure marks it is possible to touch up knitted garments optically. Mixed materials Also if there are different materials in one garment refinishing can easily be done by ironing over it gently. Even button strips can be finished quickly and perfectly.

This universal finisher is the preferred equipment for small to middle sized laundries and textile care plants. It is available in a steam heated version. Spin-dry shirts, blouses, smocks or dustcoats are finished quickly without creases by the high performance silent hot-air fan. Semi-Automatic Loading System The Shirt Finisher can be equipped with an optional automatic loading system. The hangered shirts are loaded onto a conveyor, automatically picked up and positioned by the operator. After finishing, the garments can automatically be unloaded and be taken away via a transport conveyor.
Stretch-Control For the finishing of sensitive garments the Shirt Finisher is fitted with stretch-control which is smoothly adjustable on the control panel.

The VEIT Hanger Station for Buttoned Garments Putting hangers into closed or buttoned garments is no problem with the VEIT hanger station. By a simple width adjustment it is suitable for all sizes. Movement is over fixed hooks so all types of hangers can be used. The operator works in an upright position which is good ergonomically. The garment is adjusted as it is moving so this saves a lot of time and feeding speeds are up to 750 pieces per hour.
The VEIT Conveyor Systems A trolley system or the hanger station first brings the garments to the separator before they go through the tunnel finisher. The finished garments are taken to storage and despatch on a handling system.
Dress Forms The height and shoulder width (270-450 mm/ 10.6-17.7 in.) of the dress form is adjustable and the sleeves can be closed with a zip. The individual dress forms turn through 360 degrees and can be exchanged within seconds. The VEIT 8308 Form Finisher is as flexible as fashion itself.

Pants Finisher
The basic version of the finisher range is efficient and economic. The inside and outside tensioning is standard, the integrated steam drier and the powerful hotair blower give a good cost / benefit result and a quick payback. This unit finishes pants and Bermuda shorts efficiently to the highest standard of quality. . The loading position has been optimised, it can be selected from 4 different settings The carriage of the hem tensioning device can be moved towards the operator. That means no wrinkles in the back area of the knees. The result is increased quality. Active and freely adjustable Stretch-Control is standard.
Shirt Folding Table The VEIT 3600 Semi-Automatic Shirt Folding Station assists the operator in folding shirts easily and quickly, therefore, saving time and money. The VEIT 3600's maximum flexibility allows the folding of men's, women's and children's shirts in varying styles and quality.
