Ben Rios and Bobby Baltazar from the Regional Office, along with Sonny Boy
Roldan from DARPO Pangasinan, attended the End of Project Wrap-Up Session
and Terminal Report Writing for LINKSFARMM. This event was held at the
Red Hotel in Cubao, Quezon City. The workshop's output will supplement the
results of the Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews conducted
nationwide last year with selected ARBOs. For the Province of Pangasinan,
these sessions were held on September 20-21, 2024, in Bayambang and
Alaminos.

Engineer to discuss project processes,
monitoring, and related concerns.

Offered technical assistance and support to the Department of Agrarian


Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) Pangasinan, focusing on the
scheduling of the final batch of pre-construction meetings for the Sta.
Maria, DPWH Alaminos, and DPWH Lingayen Projects. Addressed
potential issues and concerns that may arise during the process

Monitored the progress of the renovation of the SPLIT Capability and


Training Center. Held a meeting with the Implementing Agency, LGU
Rosales, to review variations in their FMR Projects. Also, coordinated
the submission of required documents for approval by PARPO
Charlotte, and addressed ongoing issues and concerns related to the
projects managed by LGU Rosales

Conducted the Final Inspection of the Canal Lining with Gate Structures project in
collaboration with the National Irrigation Administration (NIA), with a total project value
of 20 million for 2023. Continued monitoring of a subsequent project valued at 20
million for 2024. Additionally, the DARRO I Point Person advised NIA to invite DARPO
for their monitoring and pre-final inspection activities, ensuring that both DARPO and
DARRO witness the inspection before allowing the proponents to proceed with project
usage. Furthermore, requested that NIA consistently provides DAR communication
letters and progress reports for all funded projects under the Comprehensive Agrarian
Reform Program (CARP). Coordinated and scheduled the turnover of the inspected
project for March 12, 2025.
