BACKGROUND/RATIONALE
In pursuit of a promising future for the nation, the administration of President Ferdinand R.
Marcos Jr. commits to embody a brand of governance and leadership focused on executing
an all-inclusive plan for economic and social transformation. The cornerstone of this
commitment is the "Bagong Pilipinas" campaign, an overarching theme that calls for
profound transformations in all sectors of society and government. The Bagong Pilipinas
campaign is characterized by a principled, accountable, and dependable government,
reinforced by unified societal institutions. These institutions share a common objective:
realizing the goals and aspirations of every Filipino. To achieve this, the campaign is geared
towards comprehensive policy reforms and full economic recovery. As the Bagong Pilipinas
campaign takes center stage, it signifies a paradigm shift in governance and leadership. It
underscores a commitment to address current challenges and build a future where the
aspirations of every Filipino are realized. Through this, we will delve deeper into the Bagong
Pilipinas campaign, exploring its implications, challenges, and potential impacts on the
socio-economic landscape of the Philippines. Relative thereto, government employees are all
strongly encouraged to participate in the launching of Bagong Pilipinas.
Relatively, the DAR Central Office, likewise issued several memoranda encouraging
everyone to support and participate in the aforementioned activity.
Thus, this proposal.
I. OBJECTIVES:
The proposed activity aims to :
a. To support and participate in the launching of Bagong Pilipinas;
b. To refine officials into champions of transformation by providing a powerful and
unifying framework

III. DURATION AND VENUE
The said activity is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2024 at the Quirino Grandstand,
Luneta Park, Manila.
