TcX Form Definition
Search for this on the GTAC website. Explains process to define XML form rendering definition. Must be done before importing data. Each Item (Master & Revision Master) must have unique definition.

Data Clean-Up
Renaming files (see SEEC docs, Bad Chars, Length) Avoid Data Duplication, Only single copy of SE files (123.ASM, 123.PSM, 123.PAR Not Allowed) Fix All Broken Links Illegal Characters File Naming Conventions for Future Folder structure goes away Open & Save in Latest Version Attribute Adjustments Non SE Data Management

Understanding Limitations
Some limitations exist. Knowlegde of these will minimize complications later. Links to other files can present challenges.
(Setup company best practices)
XpressRoute piping links and how to revise. Assembly links to other parts (Cutouts, Refs, Etc.) FOPs FOAs Interpart Copy Parts Library

Requirements, IT Administrator
Ensure that you understand thoroughly:
Daily work flow in TcX Release Process Backup & Restore Procedures Adding and Removing Users Granting Revoking Rights & Privileges to Users File / Database Maintenance
These tasks are critical to a successful implementation.

Maintenance / Disaster Recovery Plan
Backup database regularly
Use the built in backup inside SQL or third party (AvePoint)
Enterprise Manager DB, SE DB, WSS DB & Master DB
Back up these to another location
Use backup utility to backup entire Db. Truncate log files or verify this is happening often. Monitor Log File drive on a regular basis.
If its getting large, investigate reason
Have a plan for the failure of the backup plan
