Peter: We are going to Vung Tau ? Would you like to join us ? Jenifer: Great! Its wonderful to play jet- skiing there ? Peter: Jet- skiing ? Is it difficult to play ? Jenifer: Its easy . I will give you the instructions to play this sport.

Here are the steps for breastroke start techniques in swimming First, stand on a block while bending double and keeping your head down. Second, keep your arms bent befoe re you and your head forward before leaving the block. Then, stretch your arms straight downwards with your body nearly on a horizontal line.

Next, fly your arms and head into water while


keeping your hips and legs straight. After that, keep your had, body and legs straight in water. Finally, pull your arms backwards to increase forward speed.
