Total team strength: 4 Total number of modules: 4 The team would be divided to work on each module. Each of the team members will play separate roles during the development of their modules. They would acts as leads, team members and QA person for different sections of the module. Once they code their modules they will be responsible as a team in performing integration with other modules developed in parallel by other teams. During this process they will be performing integration testing to make sure that all the modules get plugged in properly. After the integration is performed successfully the complete team as a whole would be responsible for deploying the project. At each step of deployment a regression testing phase will be undertaken to make sure that the functionality is working properly.
Aim / Objective
The aim of the project must be clearly given by the project group in at least one paragraph about 60 words Example: Recognition of heart disease is an important goal in medicine. The majority of stethoscopes currently on the market are acoustic devices that use purely passive

mechanical parts to isolate and focus sound generated by the body. Unfortunately, though these methods have been used for years, the simplicity of such devices is overshadowed by poor sound quality. These devices are also difficult to interface with modern technologies such as computers to record and analyze body sounds. The goal of this project is to design and construct an electronic stethoscope that is comparable in cost, has better acoustic response, and can interface with modern technologies better than the current acoustic stethoscope.
Technologies used :
The list of the technologies used in project should be listed clearly. Example: This project will be using the following technology stack: a) b) c) d) e) Embedded C# matlab digital network filter

Example:
The circuit will be operating on its own portable power source. The power source and circuitry will provide adequate voltage for the electronic components to function properly. There will be a sensor to convert the acoustic signal from the stethoscope into electrical signal. The signal will be pre-amplified using op-amps. A low pass filter will be designed to remove interference noise. Finally, the filtered signal will then be amplified again using power amplifiers.

Description of flow chart Connect 9v power supply at input from battery. Connect headphone in the headphone jack. Put the headphone in ear. Put the diaphragm on heart for listening to heartbeat. As heartbeat comes from sensor to other unit LED glows accordingly with amplitude of heartbeat. 6. Push the start button, connected with microcontroller, microcontroller counts the number of pulses and pulses are shown in the 7- Segment display. 7. Record the pulses for carrying out treatment.

Target audience
Target of the project should be clearly explain Example: Stethoscopes are medical instruments that help doctors detect sounds produced within the body, in particular heart and lungs, for monitoring the physiological condition of a patient. They typically include diaphragm detectors for picking-up sounds of lower frequency, and bell-shaped detectors for picking-up sounds of higher frequency.

Market potential and expected popularity
Productivity of the project should be given under this segment. Example: The newest type of stethoscope that is now commonly used is an electronic version. This is very advantageous over a traditional stethoscope as it allows greater clarity of sound when listening to the heart and lungs. This makes identifying problems quicker and easier. Advanced electronic stethoscopes allow the recording and playback of sounds picked up, making it useful for reference or in the teaching of students.
