VIP Structures is an integrated Design-Build firm composed of five companies VIP Architectural Associates, PLLC; IPD:Engineering; VIP Structures, Inc. (Construction); VIP Development Associates, Inc.; and VIP Property Management. By partnering with VIP Structures, you benefit from experienced in-house LEED-accredited experts who, since 1975, have practiced and refined the Design-Build craft of integrating the best elements of design and construction. Good, Headmaster Projects: Campus Renovations Northwood School has worked with VIP Structures since the late 1990s. Our historic campus needed some tender loving renovation and we partnered with VIP. The process of total campus renovation was done in stages: first, health and safety, which included total roof system replacement, infrastructure replacement (electric, plumbing, fire protection) and installation of a campus water drainage system; second, program improvement; and third, campus-wide enhancement. VIP worked hand-in-hand with school officials and trustees to maintain budget parameters and specific time constraints placed upon them by an academic calendar restricting work time on campus.
