PLAN TO ATTEND CONFERENCES

Appointments are not necessary. We have set a general schedule for conference times according to the students LAST name. If your assigned time is not convenient please come at the time that works best for you. NOTE: Conferences with Mr. Sapp, Mr. Myers, Mrs. Padilla and Ms. Martin will have to be on Thursday.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON CONFERENCE NIGHT

Conference night is an opportunity to meet teachers and discuss your students progress informally. You will stop at the main office to pick up your childs schedule and 1st quarter grades. From there, you have the opportunity to go to the library to print out 2nd quarter grades and head to your childs classes. Your child and the teacher will share what is happening in their class and together you can set some academic goals. NOTE: If you have concerns that will require more than a few minutes of teacher attention, please contact the guidance counselor, Mrs. Katie Miller, to schedule a meeting.

IN THE LIBRARY -You will be able to access PIV -See all the information available on Moodle, and create an account -Browse through the BOOK FAIR -Parents who attend conferences will be entered to win one of the 10 book fair gift certificates!
