    PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE

    Dear Parents/Guardians,
    As a requirement of our Pre-K program, Office of School
    Readiness (OSR), it is time to complete our first round of parent-
    teacher conferences. The conference will last no longer than 15
    minutes and will give you information on how your child is doing
    in the classroom and what skills we are working on.
    The conferences will be held Monday, 11/4 through Friday, 11/8.
    The times available will be from 7:15-7:30 AM and 12:15-12:45
    PM and 2:30-3:00 I will be asking parents to sign up while in the
    car rider line with a sign-up sheet.
    If you do not pick up your child in the car rider line or would like
    to request a conference early, send a note in your child’s folder
    or contact me on remind as to when you would like to schedule
    your conference.
    If these conference times do not work for you, PLEASE let me
    know ASAP.
