Parent Teacher Conferences.

In week 7 of this term we will be conducting Parent/ Teacher conferences for the children in
Rooms 3,4 and 5. The purpose of these conversations is to communicate current levels of
achievement and co-construct appropriate learning goals for 2011. These goals will be
based on evidence and achievement to date. We have completed effective diagnostic as-
sessment tools that have given us a clear indication of how to personalise the classroom cur-
riculum to best suit your child. Please complete the form below and send it back to school
with your child.

You have three options available. Interviews will run for approximately 12 minutes.
Monday the 14thth- starting at 3:20 – 5:30pm (Rooms 3,5 teachers only)
Tuesday the 15st –starting at 3:20 – 5 30pm ( All teachers available)
Wednesday the 16th – starting at 3:20 – 5:00pm ( All teachers available)
Thursday the 17th—Starting at 3:20-4:30pm ( Room 4 only)

If you are unable to make any of the times indicated above please get in contact with the
classroom teacher to arrange a more appropriate time to meet. If you have any issues or
questions regarding the conferences please feel free to phone me at school. Over the
course of all evenings I will be available to meet you those of you that might like to catch up.
