Hello Sir / Mam, this is <Your Name>, academic counselor from LurniGo. This is quick
confirmation regarding the demo class scheduled for your kid tomorrow at <time of the
demo & time zone>.
Just wanted to let u know that I am the bridge between you & the tutor in terms of
intimating your requirements for the demo.
Firstly, please confirm whether <subject of the demo> is the main subject you are
looking for out of Math, Eng & Science & if above grade 9 then check if they are
planning to start prep for PSAT, SAT, ACT or AP if not, check if this is the main subject
out of the regular academics we provide.
Secondly, I would like to ask you which topic you want for the demo as per the kid’s
curriculum considering the level of the kid so that I may convey it to the tutor &
ensure your requirement is met in the demo (if no specific is mentioned, then just
ask whether a general assessment of the current grade is good & say that will tell the
tutor to check with kid at the demo start itself)
Third, check whether if they have any female or male tutor preference.
Third, let the parent know that you will be the single point of contact from now to
discuss all program details once tutor is done with the teaching part in the demo
class live & they will have no one else in between from now & say that you will make
sure that a very good tutor is coming for you to assess your kid with the requirement
they have told (if they share any topic requirement)
Fourth, confirm email, WA number & time zone of the parent & say that thank you
for your time over the call & let them know to attend the session 2-5 mins prior the
class & also that you will give a quick reminder 1 hour before the demo.

Important Pointers to cover in d-1 or d-day:
Subject preference & topic preference for the demo – where you will
understand how interested they are on their kid’s education & how
Female / Male tutor preference – where you will know the comfort levels
of the parents & few hindi or Telugu speaking parents will love to have
SPOC & reminder– when you tell them that you will be the single point
of contact for them for all things & even remind them before the demo
instead of multiple calls, they will get a feeling that there is someone
concerned over our requirement & one person is all they have to deal
