Ending the demo:
Five minutes before the end of the demo class, you may inform the student about the demo
time being almost over and follow up with some questions like:

             a) How did you find the class?

             b) Have you understood the topic we covered today?

             c) How was the difficulty of the questions?

             d) What other support do you need during class?

             e)  What difference do you find between a Cuemath class and your School/other
tuition classes?

You may also talk to the student regarding their hobbies and other off-academic interests. Try
and connect with the student on various topics not just by the end of the demo but through out
the session.

Demo Report:
Do note that you need to take notes during every demo to write the detailed report after the
demo.

After the report is written, upload it to the folder and mail it to the parent. Reach out to your
buddy to get access to the folders and forms. You may also choose to have a phone
conversation with the parent immediately after the demo.

Things to keep in mind while answering parent queries:

 Be accurate with your information on product and the program
 Keep yourself well practised and well informed.
 If you are not sure about anything, tell the parents that you will get back to them on
that. Consult with the team and reply back to the parents later on that.
 Be confident and believe in the program, this is the key to convince the parents
 Do not hesitate to ask the parents about their decision of joining the program at the
end of the demo session. This will give you clarity on your next steps.
 Always end your demo with a call to action
o If the parents want to join right away, give them a time when the team will get
back to them.
o If they want more time to think, ask for a time when the team can contact them
o If they do not want to join, take feedback on what can be improve
