Activity 1 - Managing your Time
1. What strategies will I use to organize my time?
I will put a time limit on my phone in settings, tell my mother that I need to focus so that I can
have a quiet learning environment, or wright down my daily goals for that class.
2. How will I be able to anticipate common problems and prevent them from occurring or
recurring?
I can anticipate problems based on my past experiences with online learning. I can prevent this
by acknowledging them and putting my energy towards making sure that it doesn’t happen
again.

Reach out to someone on my support network for help, or try to take a breath and problem
solve.
Activity 2 - Learning Skills
4. How will I be accountable to myself to be consistent with my work efforts?
I will write down a schedule in my iPad with notifications and limit my screen time.
5. What strategies will I use to solve problems on my own?
I will research the problem, or work on a different question and come back to it when I have
cleared my mind and I look at it from a different perspective.
6. How will I stay motivated to make progress and increase my success despite challenges?
I will write to do lists to keep myself motivated with something that I earn if I complete it, like
watching my favorite show or taking down time.

needed?
My to do lists will be continuously finished and I will be handing in my work on time.

I can maintain focus by holding myself accountable and look for problems.

C. Learning in an eLearning Course

1. How will I use feedback in a positive way to improve on my learning?
I will take the feedback and apply it to my future work. I will also write it down to remember. I will
see it as an opportunity to learn, rather than a negative thing.
2. How will reading the feedback notes from the teacher help me more than just looking at the
mark?
Looking at the feedback will give me direction on how I can improve. It will also help me in specific areas rather
than an overall grade. I will know where to focus more energy for improvement.
