you are now ready to make your own plan which you can implement in your classroom/remote
learning. You may request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Learning Management Plan of your
Resource Teacher or you may surf the internet for more samples/exemplars to guide you in
creating your plan.

 Convey expected behaviors.

My Classroom Management Plan

Philosophical Statement

 All students are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own
education.
 Every classroom has its own unique community, my role as the teacher will be to assist
each child in developing their own potential and learning styles
 A classroom should be a safe, caring community where children are free to speak their
mind and blossom and grow.
 Teaching is a lifelong process where you learn new strategies, new ideas, and new
philosophies.
 The teacher's role is to act as a guide.
 Students must have access to hands-on activities.
 Technology must be incorporated into the school day.
 Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment.

Teacher-Student Relationships

Here are the things that I will surely do to build a good a teacher-student relationship for my
future classroom:
 I will know the story( background story) of all of my students.
 I will get along with them like playing games to build trust and bonding with them.
 I will assume the best in every student and cheer them up for success.
 I will interview my students, not like a job but not merely an informal conversation,
either. I will have a set of questions that I created beforehand to get a fuller picture of
who they are and what they need from me.
 I will also le my students to interview me . If nothing else, what they choose to ask will
help me understand them better.
 I will attend their extracurricular events to provide support for them.
 I will perform positive home visits because it can be an effective way of ‘knowing their
story.
 Anything that I can still learn from my experience.

Schedules and Time frames

Here are my schedule and time frames that I think I can establish for my future classroom:

 Greet students at door

 Go to seats
 Quick motivational activity
 Review lesson format
 Take attendance.
 Go over lesson objectives
 Begin the lesson
 Incorporate group work
 Independent work
 Collect assignments
 Dismissal procedures

Classroom Structure, Design and Arrangements

To make my future classroom innovative, I want it to be aligned in 21st century kind of

classroom. In modern schools focus on creativity and critical thinking, so interior architectural
designs need to reflect those principles.

These are the things that I will consider in creating conducive classroom structure, design and
Arrangements.
1. Collaborative spaces. Schools now are becoming much more Socratic. So as a result, I
will make my classroom to have spaces that allow for a wide range of activities, such
as working through problems in large groups, discussing books in small groups, or
quietly focusing on projects independently, are needed.
2. Flexible furnishings. I believe that collaborative spaces call for innovative classroom
furnishings that support active learning and teamwork. For example, desks and tables
with whiteboard or stain-resistant surfaces on which students can write and draw can
be included to encourage creativity.
3. Natural lighting. According to the research I have read research shows that children
learn better in spaces with ample natural light.

4. Tech integration. Technology is a critical part of any 21st century classroom. Students
use computers and mobile devices to learn and create, so classroom design needs to
support tech advancements that foster discovery and experimentation.

Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures

Here are the safety rules and procedures that I will implement in my future classroom:
 Do not run inside the classroom
 Do not push your classmate
 Eat breakfast before before you go to the classroom
 Be Responsible For Your Own Actions and Words
 Be Respectful to Teachers and Other Students
 Know Emergency Procedures
 Listen Carefully to Instructions
 Tell an adult If You Feel Unsafe

Strategies for Rewards and Consequences

Rewards
 As a reward for those students who do not violated the rules and regulations inside the
classroom, they will received additional grade in their report card.
Consequences.
 For those violators, first, I will just give warning for the first offense and after second
and third offense or so on, I will call their parents attention and we will be having a
talk inside the principal office.
 Also they will not receive additional grade.

background knowledge so that I could come up with a smooth, useful and innovative
classroom management plan that would suit 21st century learners.
3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing your
plan?
I cannot answer this question because I do not have a chance to implement my plan. It
needs an actual performance to answer this kind of question.
4. Were there items in your classroom/remote learning management plan which were not
tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?
Just like questions number 3, I cannot answer this question because I do not have a
chance to implement my plan. It needs an actual performance to answer this kind of
question.

Analyze

1. What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly

followed/complied with?
I literally do not know the possible answer because I have no chance to implement my
classroom plan, but as my hypothesis to this question, the elements that I think will be
mostly complied and I will surely do is to make my classroom suitable for the 21st
century learners.
2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?
Again, I have no idea how to answer this question because I do not have a chance to
implement my classroom management plan but I think as my educated guess, I will be
having a hard time in implementing the kind of classroom design that I wanted because it
will need a lot of effort and also financial support.
