Grading and Reporting

Analyze

1. What are the teaching implications of the students' test scores and grades?

Instructor will notifies the pupils about their grades on tests, quizzes, and performance
tasks, among other things, so that remedial work can be done if necessary. The teacher
also informs the parents and guardians that at the car-giving day, they can talk about their
children's grades, discuss their performance, and come up with a collaborative plan to
inspire more pupils. As instance, if a student had a bad grade in one of his or her subjects,
the adviser will meet with the parent and the subject instructor who assigned the grade, as
well as evaluate the student's grades on the student file.

2. In what subjects did students perform best? poorest?

Most students excelled in core studies while failing miserably in applied subjects.

3. How was the PTC attendance of parents and guardians? What does this imply?

For example, one of the students had a low performance, the parent of that child who
attended the conference could figure out this case and talk to his or her child in their
home to address the problem. In this way, the student could be able to improve in next
quarter.

4. What parents/guardians /comments were most common during Card-Giving Day?

The following are some of the questions that parents and guardians ask on Card-Giving
Day.

"Generally, I believe the school has done an excellent job dealing with problems and
providing support in all aspects."

"My child is making excellent improvement. Best wishes, teachers and head teacher, at
this vital moment. Because of your tireless efforts and devotion, we have seen minimal
loss during covid lockdowns."

Reflect

What personal message do I get from these students' scores, grades and
parents’/guardians' PTC attendance and comments?

My Resource Teacher has expressed gratitude for my assistance in assisting students'

grades and parents'/guardians' PTC attendance and remarks. With my assistance, she
completed this section without difficulty. He considers me as a potentially excellent
teacher since he notices that I enjoy what I do during the meeting. I also discovered that a
Parent-Teacher Meeting is a wonderful method to learn more about the students; at the
very least, I learned from the guardians that their children had hidden talents, skills, and
skills that they might use to boost their self-confidence. It is a common scenario in
schools, and I'd like to help solve it. I'd like to work with parents to get their kids
involved in experiences that allow them to use their skills and grow.

OBSERVE

1. One good thing that I observe in scoring / grading/Parents-Teachers

Amidst the problem, the majority of students are putting up their best
efforts to achieve high grades on quizzes and tests. During the PTC, I
noticed that each of them offered recommendations and remarks to help
overcome obstacles and recognize the great outcomes of the children's

performances. For their youngsters, the parents set aside time and
attention for the meeting held.
2. One thing that did not go very well in scoring/ grading/ Parents-Teachers
During meeting, there were a only few parents who arrived late and
occasionally misinterpreted the teacher's message.

REFLECT

The scoring / grading/ Parents-Teachers Conference went well because Since my

Resource Teacher and I employed rubrics, assigning scores or assessing the
scholastic performances of the students was a breeze. The PTC went well, too,
because the instructor was able to keep the conversation under control.

The scoring / grading Parents-Teachers Conference did not go well because (Not

ACT

To make sure that the scoring, assessment, and conducting of PTC play their role,
I will ask  teachers and I will also cultivate my capabilities, for assurance that the
studens learned, I will assure that the learning outcomes are met, I will also read
research on trusted websites, where I can get enough knowledge on how for me
to become an effective teacher.
