Importance
“You will never really understand a person until you consider things from their point of view,
until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it”
Empathy – the power to understand perspective other than your own – is an essential skill
and one of an important skill for teaching. Empathy is the foundation of building bridges
between expectation of the student and responsibility of staff. Along with our technical skills,
we should be improving this skill also to produce a software professional for the industry.

program execution.

Changes Suggested
A change already suggested by our MD Sir and discussed in a meeting, which is yet
to be implemented. Spend 20 minutes in class to discuss with students about
interviews, real time examples for that particular topic. Make every individual to be
interactive.
Identify slow learners and find where they lack and start tuning with small examples.
Pair them with fast learners in batch. Inform to lab staff about this student to provide
extra care.

about interview question in next day class should be done without any deviation.
This will help to get immediate and individual feedbacks
Knowledge about interviews for Angular, Python should be conveyed with more
