NARRATIVE REPORT FOR THE 2nd HRPTC

Is it done successfully with the cooperation of parents? Will that is the question that I
can answer directly.

We started exactly 9:00 AM, many of my parents is there already waiting for the start of
our meeting. The meeting focuses on the giving of the card and the performance of my
students. When I started the meeting my parents are listening because they want to know what
will happened to the performance when it comes to the school and to the next event of the
second grading. When I discussed my agenda most of the parents are on mode. Lastly in giving
the cards and let the parents looked at the cards of their child. As what I observed in their
reactions most of them are happy to the results/grades that there child was attained. But there
is parents that ask me if what happened to the grade of her child but I handle that properly,
then that problem was solved directly.

It says that having a HRPTC was the most heart breaking because you are facing or
dealing with the parents, but for me it’s not. It is only a way to let them know what are the
child’s doing inside the classroom and to held the teacher to make their child a great one in a
future. Actually I’m looking for a big crowd of my parents for the next or 3rd HRPTC.
