    Academic Progress Meetings

    Dear Parents, Guardians and learners,

    We wish to invite Grade 9 parents to join us on Tuesday 18 APRIL 2023 to discuss your child’s
    academic progress with their subject specific teacher. The event will be open from 14:00 – 18:00.
    It is the responsibility of the student to communicate with their teacher what time they are available
    to book a meeting.

    Learners have been given a booking form which they will need to complete with each teacher.
    Please ensure you and your son/daughter are aware of the times you are able to make.
    Please can we ask that when a meeting is booked that the time is strictly adhered to. Failure to
    turn up at the correct time will result in the teacher not being able to meet the
    parent/guardian/student.

    We suggest that a 5-minute gap is left after each appointment to sure that the next meeting can be
    kept on schedule.
