Advertising for the artist.

Having the text in columns make it look like less text and therefore less intimidating to a reader especially for the average consumer of this magazine. I think having in normal paragraph s would discourage the readers from the reading the article and would be visually displeasing. The pull out quote is supposed to be the most interesting quote from the article. In this pull out quote we can see that one side of Pixie is that she is not as how the media portray. Having a score in place allows the reader to compare scores with the artist. Making it feel even more personal to the reader The picture we can see that see is smiling and looking innocent. But the poses that she is in is an imitation of Goldie Hawn. This enhances the idea that she is more than what meets the eye.

The title how perfect is Pixie suggests that the article is going to make the article more personal. From this we can see that the target audience is for a younger audience as it often younger consumers who have a bigger aspiration to be like the artist they aspire to be like.

The sub title talks about how that there is more to Pixie Lott than we see. Saying that she looks like butter wouldnt melt. I think this is a good lead into the article as it starts to build even more interest within its readers.
