    Mr. Mulya Sulistyono is an assistant in the language laboratory at the Islamic University of Indonesia. As the assistant, he is responsible for maintaining the computers and repairing any that break down, as well as taking care of everything in the laboratory to support the learning process. While he earns enough money from his current job to support his family, he wants to pursue a career as a lecturer instead, as he enjoys teaching students and sharing his knowledge, and finds his current role boring without colleagues. His ultimate ambition is to become a great lecturer at the university.

    Mr. Mulya Sulistyono Mr. Mulia Sulistyono is an assistant of language laboratory in Islamic University of Indonesia (UII).

    He has a big responsibility to the laboratory. He must maintain all the computer in the laboratory. He has to repair the computer which is broken, take care all thing in the laboratory that support learning process inside the laboratory. He gets more money from his job for his wife and his child. Despite of his job is very comfortable for him, he wants to do another job. He wants to be a good lecturer. He desires to teach students in class. He likes to share all knowledge he has to all students who want. He desires to do another job because actually he never supposed to be a laboratory assistant before. His aim is being a great lecturer in the university. Besides that, he felt bored to stay in the laboratory all day long. He just does nothing without any colleague. Furthermore, he still has a great desire to rich his ambition to be a great lecturer in university.
