Student Interview - Master Umair

According to Umair Teacher should be a person who cares for the student. Most students like
teachers who make teaching fun with activities, give extra information and making it overall an
enjoyable experience. Teacher are an inspiration to make us who we want to be, they give us
inspiration to do a specific thing. In the past he used to feel hesitant, he would not participate in
anything that teacher brought up that was optional work, but now he has overcome the fear of
being scared of talking to the teacher and participating in activities. He had participated in the
Teachers day celebration this year participate in compering and making the PPT for it.

Student Interview - Master Haris

Haris supposedly had respect for his teacher.

His opinion of his teacher was straightforward and helpful because, since he was a young
student, his teachers had been helpful and kind to him. He believes that this has helped him to
succeed in his current position because of the qualities he valued in a teacher, which included
kindness, helpfulness, and, occasionally, strictness. Haris told his students that if a pupil is
being lazy, the teacher needs to be strict, and as a result, he showed respect for his teachers.

Student Interview - Master Mohsin

Conducting an interview with Mohsin shows that there's still lot of respect for teacher's in today's
generation. As teachers play a important role in child's life . More than a teacher they give
guidence as a friend and a parent . As for today's generation it is more easy to converse with
teacher's . Child can unhesitatingly share his/her problem and quarries to teachers. And still in
today's time Teacher's Day is celebrated with all enthusiasm. Even during the time of pandamic
it was not delayed .

Conclusion
A good education can change anyone. A good teacher can change everything

Teacher Interview-Supervisor Fr.Felix D'souza

According to Fr.Felix D'souza Student teacher relationship are extremely important in the
teaching learning process. Because if students don't like the teachers they will not learn from
their teacher. In other angle you will see students learn teacher and teacher also learn from
Students. In St.Mary's he is happy that this relationship is fostered and the PTA also participate
to make this relation strong. Teacher leave footprints in the student life, They learn from them.
Therefore this relationship is very important.

Teacher Interview - Headmistress Annette Henriques

Teacher Annette told that there is interaction between two people or more and the interaction
should be positive relationship is based on trust and respect and Teacher teaches every
student to respect everyone and we should respect our teachers and the teacher will also
respect you, believe in you and motivate you and this way we can have good interaction
between student and teachers.

Student teacher relationship is very important if we have good relationship or interaction with
our teacher we have done 90 percent of our work and student will learn and get motivated and
we will realize afters many years and that student will respect that teacher will remember that
teacher for all good that she has done for us and teacher will remember our that good we have
done we can see progress in student if he likes the teacher and the teacher is motivating the
children and the classroom becomes a very interactive

Parents Interview - Ms Rachel Dias

As a school girl, she was very friendly and good to her friends and teachers . She was helpful
and approachable so teachers would trust her with small and little but responsible work in class.
It's not very easy to gain confidence from teachers, but she held a good relationship with her
teachers.

She had one favourite teachers ie. Her PT teacher and she was one teacher she could share
and ask for help as she didnt know why, but a favourable teacher for her whenever required.
Her classroom was comfortable, welcoming and safe. She created engaging lessons and
always gave credits for teacher
 Parents Interview - Ms Asma Parveen

Interv iewer Asma Parveen gave postive thoughts about teachers. It was great hearing that
teachers in previous times was also very helpful and supportive . Elderly people call thier
teacher's as 'Guru’ or as thier ' Second Mother’ . Which has highly respective postion in one's
life . All the successful people who all have achieved thier best today, credit their teachers for
their sucess . As Asma ma'am said even her english teacher was very helpful and supportive for
them

Grandparents Interview - Ms Fatema

She and her teacher were having very loving relationship. She use to consider her best teacher
in the town and she always loved her alot.She was the special teacher of science. She used to
love science subject and because of that she loved science teacher.

Grandparents Interview - Ms Antonette

She was quiet and disciplined in her school hours and in the Break time she use to buy
bores,emli and keep below the beanch sit and eat quietly her teachers were so strict ahe
went to convent school and sometimes the teachers use to show ruler they wouldn't bit
but to discipline them they show ruler so she was a quite student and her parents also
use to tell her that you should be discipline student she loved her teachers and she was
friendly to them because she use to complete her homework at time but sometimes she
was caught eating chewing gum so at their time they had good teachers and friendly.

She was loving extra activities she was good at art, craft, singing and she did not like
hindi marathi but she had a good marathi teacher she knew the she did not marathi but
her teacher was trying to tell her that you should learn marathi it is very easy and she
tried to learn after some days she was so kind and she helped her to learn and she was
one who stood for her.

Staff Member Interview - Mr Santosh

Sir works in the school since last 26 years. Besides teachers there are Headmistress,
office staffs, support staff who works in the school and there are many people involved
in school for example maintenance people who looks after the CCTV camera, smart
board and sound system.

They look after all the other things like there are CCTV camera's than your computer labs
are there look after all these maintenance. He said that they interact through email,
phone calls and sometimes we have personal meetings.
