The record provides an unsigned non-decision, accompanied by an unsigned authentication letter by the Clerk of the Court, on a Notice of Service of False on Its Face Court Record, which was erroneously docketed by the office of the clerk as Motion #8. This "Post-it Decision", like others of its type, fails to appear in the list of "Decisions" in the online public access system of the Court. The record also demonstrates, by its title, that the Court maintains a list of "Requests", although access to such list is denied, even to the Requester. One should note that there is separately "Decision #8" in this file, but the Court denies also access to the list of "Decisions".

The record provides an unsigned non-decision, accompanied by an unsigned authentication letter by the Clerk of the Court, on a Notice of Service of False on Its Face Court Record, which was erroneously docketed by the office of the clerk as Motion #8. [The decision record is of the "Post-it Decision" form. It is superimposed on the original document, faxed tothe office of the Clerk of the Court, titled, "Notice of Service of False on Its Face Court Record. The Noticewas apparently docketed by the office of the Clerk of the Court as a Motion, which requires adjudication. The Decision record is in a frame in the lower right, unsigned. The naming of "Motion #8" also shows thatthe court keeps a list of records (docket) although is denies access to such list from the public and even theparty, who filed the motions -z]
