Video Rental Store Exhibition Agreement between: Under New Management (Suzanne Carte & Su-Ying Lee, Co-curators) 3 Sheridan Avenue Toronto, Ontario M6K 2G5 Canada and Artists name: Address: Email: Tel: Terms The Curators will present a group exhibition entitled Under New Management Video Rental Store at ODD Gallery, Dawson City, Yukon from March 7 to April 12, 2013. a) Any fee received by ODD Gallery for the rental of the Artists work will be returned to the Artist. The disbursement of fees will be administrated by ODD Gallery b) By submitting your work for inclusion, you understand that your title will be loaned on the honour system basis. No cash compensation is guaranteed. c) The work will be kept in the archive of the Video Rental Store for future iterations of the exhibition. d) The artist will allow the curators the use of images of works of art for print and web publicity, as well as archival purposes connected with the exhibition only. Please sign and return one copy to the Curators at the address above. Retain one copy for your records.
