The following were decided:
1. ELECTRICAL (TRINITRON): Location of various installations was discussed and clarified,
based on the discussion; Trinitron will provide shop drawings by 30

2. DATA / VOICE CABLES: Issue discussed, client to arrange meeting with vendor (HP).
3. SECURITY: Issue discussed, client to arrange meeting with vendor (HP).
4. FIRE: Issue discussed, client desires provision of fire detection as per norms, smoke
detectors to be provided. Sthapati to do the needful along with the vendor.
5. PIPELINES (SOPAN): Location of various installations was discussed and clarified, based
on the discussion; the route of the pipelines was decided, however whether the
pipelines are to be provided above false ceiling or below is yet to be confirmed by the
client. Sthapati to coordinate and facilitate fixing of saddles for the pipes.
6. FALSE CEILING: Samples of gypsum false ceiling were shown and handed over; the pros
and cons were discussed. Client to decide.
7. PARTITIONS: Samples of gypsum partition were shown and handed over, the pros and
cons vis--vis aluminum partition were discussed. The glass in partitions could be
toughened. Client to decide.
8. AIR CONDITION: Client was informed about the availability of 3.0 TR split AC machines.
Which could be:
a. Cassette units, approx price 1.10 lacs;
b. High wall mounted units, approx. price 0.75 lacs, these are three phase industrial
units with a higher airflow.
Both are available by Carrier, Panasonic, and Blue Star. Client to decide.
