Check visual acuity in daylight conditions. Show your patient large objects and then immediately let him read from the newspaper . Let your patient try the lenses ! Always check visual acuity binocularly!

Patient History
along with

Normal Slit Lamp Evaluation for C/L

Keratometry measurements : horizon & vertical 7.40< (KV +kH)/2 < 8.00 Pupil size 3.0 to 5.0 mm

Refraction For the Best Vision Sphere: SPH. Myopes - red & green equal. Hyperopes - moves to the red

Movement : 0.8 mm Far & Near vision are acceptable.

Allow lens to settle for at least 1 hour.

Select the first choice Dispo Multi lens by using the table Lens Power Selection

Give the lenses to your patient and call him after one week for recheck
