Next StepsH.Tsikayi noted that a lot more work remains to be done. The next steps are topresent to Council direction on priorities for service delivery and capital programsalong with revenue enhancements for each fund. Staff will then work with Council toprepare a Draft Financial Plan and present the document for public consultation.The results of the public consultation would be summarized and presented toCouncil for approval and the final adoption date is approximately May 14, 2009.M. Bakken reported that the next scheduled session is on March 10 and 11, 2009.Councillor Bateman left the meeting at 5:14 p.m.
