    Infosys BPO , the business process outsourcing subsidiary of Infosys Technologies, is growing at fast pace. Now it has got new engagement with Creditplus and they are pondering for the options related to pricing and design of operations for the same. Recommendations1.

    3. Training DevelopmentIf we use stage wise allocation, it will help to increase competency of Infosys with respective stage. AS transaction based assignments needs more focus, due to stage wise division, we can achieve it as people will have developed that competency. Every week Team Lead sends number of people for training where associates go for process related training. The stage wise training will help to increase the knowledge about it and can serve customer requirement efficiently.
