Tom IlubeFounder and Chairman, African Gifted Foundation African Gifted Foundation is a new African academy for gifted and talented young people. Tom is also Chairman of Hammersmith Academy, a secondary school in London, UK that opened in September 2011 and is one of the UKs most innovative new technology schools. Tom has been an innovator in the technology industry for over 20 years and is an international expert in cyber-security. Ren CarayolCEO, Inspired Leaders Network (ILN) Ren was awarded an MBE in 2004 for outstanding service to the business community. He is the best-selling author of the leadership and culture bible, Corporate Voodoo, and has worked closely with some of the world's best leaders, from former US President Bill Clinton to the seventh Secretary-General of the United Nations Kofi Annan. He is also a regular broadcaster for the BBC and broadsheet columnist. He is CEO of the Inspired Leaders Network (ILN) which was founded in 2000. Osamede OkhominaChief Executive Officer, Equity Energy Resources Osamede Okhomina has a BA and MA in Philosophy from Cambridge University. Equity Energy Resources is an upstream Oil and Gas company with headquarters in London and operations in Nigeria, So Tom, Angola and Equatorial Guinea. Under Osamedes leadership EER has grown from a startup oil and gas operation to a company with over $150 million investment in Nigeria alone, expanding into gas and other petroleum products. Osamede has vast experience in Telecommunications gained while working as the principal consultant for the licensing round of Nigeria's second national carrier. Osamede has also worked with the Nigerian Communications Commission. Samuel KasumuFounder and Board Member, Elevation Networks Young political commentator and social entrepreneur Samuel Kasumu is the founder and current trustee of Elevation Networks, a social enterprise that tackles youth and graduate unemployment. In more recent times he focuses his energy on working within faith groups, and local-level political engagement. He is also the youngest board member of the Peace Alliancea leading organisation based in Tottenham. He has recently been on the management team of one of the fastest growing employment organisations in the UK (going from a turnover of 180,000 to 1.2 million in one year). In 2011 Samuel was featured by influential political campaign Operation Black Vote (OBV) as a leading entrepreneur and future political figure. Samuel has acted as an adviser to Prime Minster David Cameron and the Mayor of London. He published his first book in 2012.
