This leadership course provides an overview of the philosophy behind Integrity Critical Element (ICE) Management in SAP and how to lead implementation and reinforce the desired behaviors to support and sustain the change. Upon completion, participants will be able to: Explain the key changes and the supporting business drivers. Describe the new integrity status reports and what is driving them. Communicate the processes for managing integrity status, mitigations and deferrals and related changes to YTT and other meetings. Describe the leadership behaviors that are required to reinforce the change.

Course Description:
This overview course provides an introduction to the philosophy behind Integrity Critical Element (ICE) Management in SAP. This course is a mandatory prerequisite for end-user training participants. Upon completion, participants will be able to: Describe the key changes and why they are important. Explain the key concepts behind the changes (e.g. barriers, performance standards, integrity status reporting, deferments) based on typical real-life examples. Describe the changes to the current processes and their role in the new processes. Recognize the new integrity status reports and explain what is driving them.

At this time the topic is only applicable to Seminole personnel. The topic will be incorporated to the end of other courses where appropriate.
