CABINET LIST Her Excellency Dr. Joyce Banda, President of the Republic of Malawi, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by Section 94 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Malawi, has made some changes to the Cabinet with effect from 1st July, 2013. The new Cabinet is as follows:1.
