Apply / Propose a Project

Encuentro participation is by application only. You must fill out an Online Application Form, where you will submit all required materials, outlined below. Application deadline is Wednesday, September 25, 2013. All those who are interested in attending the Encuentro as general participants, even without proposing a project, must still apply using the online application form and submit a personal Letter of Intent, an individual Bio, and a CV/Resum in the "Main Application." If you want to propose a Performance, Visual Arts Exhibit/Installation, or if you want to apply to participate in a Work Group, you will be able to submit the required materials for each by adding Project Proposal(s) to your application once your Main Application form has been completed. For those applying as part of a group (e.g., a theater company), only the director or designated point person should fill out the project-specific application(s) and submit the materials pertaining to the proposed project(s) (e.g., abstract or description of the project, tech rider, photos, video URL, etc).
