PROJECT REQUIREMENTS:
45 3 Bedroom houses Parking:1.25 car 30 2 Bedroom houses Parking: 1 car 30% of Site area for pathways , roads. 300-400 sq m area for community spaces.

ELEVATION

Site located 20 km from Bangalore on the Mysore road National Highway, bordered by a Drain on two sides a highway along its length and Industrial area on the other edge.

CONCEPT : Hierarchy, Views, Individuality in a Community


H o u s i n g l a y o u t p r o c e s s m o d e l s houses retain their individuality as a result providing privacy. private garden space for each house variation in terms of scale of spaces with the living rooms being double heights with balconies along side to provide views in both directions of the house The parking spaces for the houses are provided on the ground level of the unit therefore creating easy access
