Capacity Building
OBJECTIVES Provide non formal basic education to children aged 9 to 15 years who dropped out of school were never schooled, through quality education and with keen attention to disparities between girls and boys. Enhance the literacy and vocational skills of rural adolescents and young adults aged 16 to 24 years so as to ensure equitable access to micro finance opportunities. Enable illiterate and unskilled rural women workers aged 24 to 49 years, access to functional literacy, skills training and micro credit financing for their income generating activities.
