Entry fee is $200 per men’s team and $200 per women’s team. Checks should be made
payable to SVSU Track & Field.

TEAM SCORING
Team scoring shall be determined by the first five finishers for each team. The team having
the lowest score shall be declared the champion. All individuals starting must be recorded in
the final results and anyone not finished will receive a number and a DNF.

RESULTS
Complete set of results will be available at the conclusion of the meet and posted on our
website (www.svsu.edu/athletics).

AWARDS
Awards will start at 1:00PM and will be located at the Country Club.

- Team Champion Trophy and 12 Championship Certificates

- “Most Valuable GLIAC Cross Country” plaque – Individual Champion
- “First Team All Conference” – Top 7 in each race
- “Second Team All Conference” – 8-14 place finishers in each race
- “Freshman of the Year” – Voted by Head Coaches
- Men’s Coach of the Year, Women’s Coach of the Year – Voted by Head Coaches

TRAINING ROOM
There will be athletic trainers on site on Saturday. There will also be an athletic trainer
present at the Coaches Meeting for any questions that you may have.

BATHROOMS
Port-a-johns will located on the parking lot, near the start area.

LOCKER ROOMS
Locker rooms and showers are available at the Ryder Center on SVSU’s campus (2 miles
south of the Country Club). Parking may be difficult for buses as the Women’s Expo event is
taking place at the Ryder Center. I’m opening my Track locker rooms for your use and you’ll
need to tell the front desk to have them unlocked for you after the meet.
Locker room A – Mens Track; Locker room C – Womens Track.

DIRECTIONS

From I-75: Take exit 160 and go Southwest onto M-84. Go approximately 1 mile to the second traffic
light and go south onto 3 Mile Road. Travel 1 1/2 miles and the Country Club is on the left.

From US-10: Merge onto I-75S and follow the directions above.
