1. Kindly fill up the Accommodation form as attached in the email. 2. You may refer to the Example-Accommodation Form as your guideline to fill up the form. 3. It is necessary to completely fill and send the form to the respective volunteer by July 22, 2011. 4. In case you have yet not booked your stay in Bangalore, kindly refer to our accommodation options in the brochure and book your hotel.
