Read the dialogue between Delta and Echo then answer the questions.
1. What is Delta?
= Delta is an alumnus of Politeknik Negeri Medan, working in one of the bank in town as a back

= Echo refuse because was assigned to draft a letter. It must be submitted tomorrow.

= The delta that already guides the echo and Tells the delta what letter to make echo.
5. Who is the recipient of the letter Echo drafted?
= the recipient of the Echo draft letter is the customer of bank poli
6. What is the purpose of writing the letter to the customer?
= What the purpose of writing a letter to a customer is to inform the customer about Bank Poli
providing internet banking services to its customers and there is a booklet that provides detailed
information on how to register and perform the service.
7. What did he write to start the letter?
= echo takes a piece of paper and writes down the points that need to echo state in a letter and
dictating the gist of the letter, then it should be the expression to thank the customer for
choosing Bank Poli. (writing…Dear customer. Thank you for banking with Bank Poli).
8. What did he write in the content of the letter?
= Number 1. Provide internet banking service.
Number 2. Enclose a booklet giving information about the application and the procedure to run

9. What did he write to end the letter?
= Go on to the ending of the letter. End it by offering the telephone line for further information,
