To, The Director (HR), BSNL Board, NEW DELHI-110001 Subject: Regarding discriminatory treatment with the Executives of Telecom Factory, Mumbai.

Respected Sir, On the subject cited above, it has been brought to the notice of this association that CGMT Maharashtra Circle has conveyed for extending 3G facility on service Mobile connections to all Executives (Below JAG level) working in Maharashtra Circle under Plan 525 with CUG on payment basis depriving executives from Telecom Factories from such facility. A copy of the letter received in this regard is enclosed herewith for ready reference please. Similarly, Telecom Factory executives are not taken care by the Circle Office, Maharashtra Circle on other common issues unless it is recommended through local CGM and thereafter by GM (TF). It is requested to kindly intervene in the matter and arrange to stop discriminatory treatment with the Executives of Telecom Factory at the earliest.
