    Subject:- Withholding of recovery from staff due to merger of 78.2% IDA for fixation benefit. Sir, It is reported that due to extension of 78.2% IDA fixation benefit, some staff particularly RMs, Group D staff are facing recovery. Thus the employees are placed to unscheduled hardships. We request you to please consider to keep the recoveries in abeyance occurring on account of 78.2% IDA implementation. In the meantime we are collecting full details of the issue from the field units. Yours faithfully
