Gotopay.com - became board me m ber, helping with marketing and funding, company
is a startup out ofLFS (ATM so ftware, Rens County Tech Park - 150 people) company
will offer service of payment processing for internet and other reta ilers, provides direct
pay to bank using IPS' TPI1 software, revenue ba sed upon percentage of transaction and
ability to utili ze customer data for sales, presenting to First Albany for 6 mil in VC
money this week.

I-C entri x - Bob Gaito and Jason Powers, utilize proprietary algorithms and process to
extrapolate customer behavior patterns and increase market share and revenue for
clients, focusing on banking and de-regulated industries that need to understand their
customers' behavior for retention and acquisition.
