Vilu Reef Beach & Spa Resort is sprawled across the entire expanse of Meedhuffushi
Island in South Nilandhe Atoll, 145km south of Ibrahim Nasir International Airport. The
island is reached by a 35 minute picturesque journey by seaplane.

We are currently looking for passionate, enthusiastic, energetic and qualified young
individuals to fill the following positions.

JOB VACANCIES


Housekeeper

Requirements:
- Minimum two years work experience as a Housekeeper
- Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping and laundry operations, and revise daily work
schedule for Housekeeping staff depending on occupancy
- Inspect all VIP arrivals daily as well as do spot checks of the other villas, whether occupied or
vacant
- Check all the keys in the housekeeping office
- Check the daily logbook for guest requests and complaints and follow up on its progress to
ensure it is done properly
- Training and supervision of attendants
- Strong personality who fosters good team working relations
- Experience working in a multicultural team including working in a resort environment
- Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multi task and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written English Language skills


Boat Crew (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Assist Boat captain in daily marine operation
- Ensure safety and security of the passengers while on board
- Good standard of spoken and written English and Dhivehi
- Prepared to work long hours and in varied shifts


Air-conditioning Technician (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in AC Service
- Previous experience in hotels / resorts is preferable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must


Mason & Plumber (Maldivians Only)

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of English and communication skills
- Ability to work in a Team
- Relevant experience in resorts or hotels will be an advantage
