preparation :- pray to God to remove your problem

Reiki 2 : reiki 2 channel dissolve blockage in the finger side preferably whole palm
Draw mental & power symbol on palms for better results
For non-reiki people rub both hands for 1-2 mts to generate similar energy
How to do:- touch the thumb & index finger & slightly press. Balance 3 fingers straight.

Pose :- keep arms & spine erect. Hands can rest on thighs, chair handles, table, bed. Palms
preferably open to sky (in receiving mode for cosmic energy) Exhale more than inhaling
visualizing that the problems are going out with the breaths. Can be done sitting or lying
down. If need be, Can compromise on others except finger joining
Elements :- air & fire
Uses :- 1) cools mind, dissipates tension
2) very good & amazing results in mental diseases
3) increases concentration of mind, brain power
4) very helpful in hysteria, forgetfulness, madness, wandering mind, regular
irritation of mind. Depression , drowsiness . Results come in a short time.
5) sudden fear without proper reason, to avoid anger
6) very good for children who chew their nails, moving their fingers or feet continuously,
7) improves memory, sharpens intellect
8) good sleep results, reduces walking in sleep, reduces sleeplessness/insomnia
9) Stimulates the Root chakra, and grounds. Calms and improves concentration
10) removes negative energies & headaches,migraines
11) improves pituitary & pineal gland functions.

remarks :- this is one of the best mudra used while praying & meditation.
In case you feel getting less results, slightly increase pressure. that is all.
Based on correcting imbalances of 5 elements which constitute the body.
